We aim to sell properties in under 90 days and offer:
  1. 1.65 % Commission on all types of dwellings and vacant land, where we are the exclusive agent (This means we have to work harder for you, to get a great price!)  2.2% where we are not the only agent.  Please note that some areas of Country NSW will attract higher fees due to the amount of effort it takes to sell some properties.  Auctions available*  WE ARE CURRENTLY OFFERING A SPECIAL OF ONLY $5,500 TO THE NEXT 10 LISTINGS IN THE ACT.  THIS INCLUDES ADVERTISING AND IS A TRULY BRILLIANT DEAL.  PLEASE SEE FURTHER DOWN THIS PAGE FOR DETAILS.  THIS IS A STRICTLY LIMITED OFFER.

     
  2. Free advertising** if we are unable to find a buyer for your property within the contract term, who goes on to exchange on the property (in or out of the contract term).  If we do find you a buyer that exchanges, you must pay your advertising costs.  They are seperate costs to our commission.  On settlement only (regardless of when this occurs), you must pay our agreed commission.  If no settlement takes place from our introducing your property to a buyer, no commission is payable.  Properteer only offers this package if we are the exclusive/sole agent for the entire term of the contract.  Package requires that $800.00 must be paid upfront which covers inclusion on allhomes.com.au, realestate.com.au or domain.com.au (one of), and newspaper advertising, letterbox flyers, open for inspections, use of a graphic artist designed yard sign (or two) and direct marketing.  The package will be itemised for you and no unused monies will ever not be refunded to you.  The above fee will be refunded to you within 14 days of your contract ending or your buyer not exchanging (after the contract term has ended), should we not be successful.  So you only pay for advertising if we find you a buyer.  And our fees are some of the lowest anywhere.  You can't get fairer than that!  (Please be aware that advertising on multiple real estate sites will unfortunately add non-refundable fees, regardless of whether or not we are successful, due to the additional costs).  Please contact us if you'd like to discuss more intensive advertising.

*Properteer can also perform Auctions on your behalf, if set as part of your initial sales plan.  This service is included in our commission, if the auction is set at this time.  If you'd like to add the auction later, or add more advertising, non-refundable fees will apply.  (Please note that for auctions, the Vendor's solicitor must construct the 'Contract Of Sale'.  You may need to pay them fees for this service).  For regular sales, the 'Contract Of Sale' will be constructed by Properteer Real Estate.  Vendors must pay a $200.00 fee which covers expenses to councils/ACT Land Titles in viewing documents during the construction of the 'Contract Of Sale'. This fee for this document preparation is not refundable.  This document guides the sale process between the Vendor and Buyer and is the basis for negotiation between the both the Vendor's and Buyer's legal representation. Only unused portions of this fee are refundable. Refundable advertising** only up to $800.00. Agency must agree with advertising type and strategy before guarantee applies. Client pays for agreed advertising upfront.
